[Abortion] Section 42. Costs of administration

42. Costs of administration—(1) The costs of and incidental to the administration and operation of this Act shall be met out of money from time to time appropriated by Parliament for the purpose.

(2) All fees from time to time payable under this Act shall be paid into [a Departmental Bank Account].

In subs. (2) the words in square brackets were substituted for the words “the Public Account” by s. 86 of the Public Finance Act 1989.
